Fix lotion is the next step after perm lotion Noemi STEP1. It neutralizes lotion and closes the eyelashes/eyebrows in their new shape.

Packaging 10x1ml sachets.

Using: Apply to eyelashes or eyebrows in a thin layer.

Holding time of the preparation for eyelashes: 5-8 min.

Holding time of the preparation for eyebrows: 3-5 min.
