NOEMI primer - prepares the skin before eyebrow dyeing. It gently cleanses, nourishes and regenerates the skin without leaving it greasy or sticky. Makes hair and skin color more natural.

The consistency is gel-like and the smell is pleasant.

Application: apply to the eyebrows with a cotton swab without rinsing.
