ELAN SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM - long-lasting eyebrow color with neutral pH. The unique composition provides long-lasting skin and hair tinting without damaging the hairs and drying the skin of the eyebrow area.

Important - the color should be mixed only with SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM oxidizing emulsion 3%.

Color - warm brown.

Product description

Using.
1. Clean the eyebrows and eyebrow area.
2. Draw the shape of the eyebrows with a powder pencil.
3. Apply the toning mixture on the eyebrows and leave for 5-10 minutes (exposure time depends on the desired result).
4. Remove the toning mixture with a cotton swab moistened with water.
