ELAN Developer Oxidizing Emulsion 2%, 30ml

Oxidizing emulsion is one of the most characteristic components of the ELAN eyebrow tinting system. The impeccably formulated percentage formula and creamy emulsion texture provide fluid tinting results.

It is designed to be mixed with Deep Brow Tint 2.0 and Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0. It guarantees perfect toning results thanks to a perfectly balanced composition.

The hydrogen index (pH) of the finished toning mixture is neutral, thanks to which the toning procedure does not damage the hair and does not dry out the skin.

Important! Oxidizing emulsion contains hydrogen peroxide. The eyebrow tint and enhancer concentrate contain p-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamines (toluenediamines) and resorcinol.
