Oxidant (Sold separately) comes in 3% concentrations.

Ingredients: Paraffinum Liquidum, Ammonium Persulfate, Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Silicate.

Volume  15ml (appx.30 applications).

Product description

RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow Blonde Tint.

Warning. We recommend that you carry out a skin allergy test before the treatment. To do the test mix a tiny amount of the dye with one drop of the developer, and then apply to the crook of the elbow or behind the ear. 24 hours later, check the area for any redness, rash or soreness, if you see any of these signs, do not proceed with the treatment.

STEP 1: Preparation
- Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean,
   oil-free and dry.

STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy.
  If it is not creamy enough, add some more drops of Oxidant cream.
- Afterwards apply to the eyebrows

STEP 3: Application time
- Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
- 5 minutes: one shade lighter
- 12 minutes: two shades lighter
- 20 minutes: three shades lighter
