Neon pigments for marking eyebrows. Pigments can be mixed with each other to get the desired color.

Usage:

1. Mix the Pigment with BrowXenna Mineral Solution for Henna Mixing, BrowXenna BOTOX-X Brow & Eyelash Treatment, or BrowXenna Contour White Paste.

2. Mix the products thoroughly.

3. Apply the marking with a brush, thread or any other method.
