Eyelash and eyebrow lamination composition No.2 Neutralizer Cream VEGAN THUYA gently neutralizes the chemical effects of the first composition. The neutralizer is essential in the lamination process to fix the hairs in the right direction after the hair cuticles have been opened with the permanent gel.
Its creamy texture prevents dripping, ensuring easier, more comfortable and safer application. The neutralizer allows you to seal and give the desired shape to create the perfect look.
Thuya neutralizer is vegan and not tested on animals.

Product description
Usage:
1. After the eyelash perm or lamination procedure, apply a small amount of Thuya VEGAN neutralizer to the eyelashes using an applicator or brush.
2. Leave to act according to the instructions.
3. Gently remove the residue and continue with the final steps of the procedure.
