Oxidizing emulsion 3% is an innovative component designed to be mixed with eyebrow dye.

Due to the presence of emulsifying substances in the oxidizing emulsion, eyebrow hairs are protected during the tinting procedure. When mixing the oxidizing emulsion with dye, a dye mixture with a pH of 7 is obtained.
