Bleach tint Blonde 15ml, RefectoCil

Use only RefectoCil Oxidant cream!

The bleach is intended for:

- use before dyeing with bright colors, - red, blue, chestnut brown;

- for bleaching natural eyebrow hairs 1-3 shades lighter.

Do not:

- mix with other RefectoCil colors;

- mix with RefectoCil liquid developer;

- use on eyelashes.

Ingredients: Paraffinum Liquidum, Ammonium Persulfate, Potassium Persulfate, Sodium Silicate.

Volume - 15ml (approx. 30 procedures).
