NEO Elixir is a professional eyelash and eyebrow revitalization product for strengthening, nourishing and restoring eyelashes and eyebrows. It is used as a separate remedy for recovery after eyelash and eyebrow dyeing procedures, as well as after eyelash and eyebrow lamination. The hydrolyzed collagen in the composition increases strength and adds shine, improves texture and helps improve skin elasticity. Hyaluronic acid and kelp extract effectively moisturize, actively nourish and restore hair after the lamination procedure. It has a lifting effect. No dilution with water is required.

After the lamination procedure, use the product daily for 1-2 months to restore thin, damaged, weakened and porous eyelashes or eyebrows. Can be used during the lamination procedure after removing the second layer.

To maintain the growth of eyelashes and eyebrow hairs, use the product 3-4 times a week.

Product description

Usage:

1. Remove make-up from the eye area, eyelashes and eyebrows.
2. Using a brush, gently apply NEO Elixir to cleansed and prepared eyelashes or eyebrows. Exposure time 2-5min.
3. Remove the residue first with a dry brush, then with a slightly moistened cotton pad or cotton swab.
