Eyebrow tinting kit:

1. Eyebrow dye Deep Brow Tint 2.0 ICY Cold Brown 04.
Eyebrow dye is designed for rich hair dyeing.
The finished dye mixture has a neutral hydrogen index (pH), due to which the dyeing procedure does not damage the hair and does not dry out the skin.
Contains a complex based on sunflower seed extract Heliogenol™, which provides additional hair care. The dye has a pleasant smell, which makes the dyeing process more comfortable.

2. Developer Oxidizing Emulsion 2%.
The oxidizing emulsion is one of the most characteristic components of the ELAN eyebrow tinting system. The perfectly developed percentage formula and creamy emulsion texture provide smooth tinting results.
It is designed to be mixed with Deep Brow Tint 2.0 and Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0. It guarantees a flawless tinting result, thanks to its perfectly balanced composition.
The hydrogen index (pH) of the finished tinting mixture is neutral, thanks to which the tinting procedure does not injure the hair and does not dry the skin.

Important! The oxidizing emulsion contains hydrogen peroxide. Eyebrow dye and enhancer contain phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), resorcinol. Before use, 48 hours before use, it is necessary to conduct an allergy test: mix 2 drops of paint and oxidizing emulsion and apply the mixture to a small area of ​​​​skin on the elbow. If there is no redness, swelling or irritation on the skin, you can start dyeing.
