Eyebrow scrub peeling gently removes dead skin cells, opens pores and stimulates blood flow to hair follicles, which improves their nutrition. Instructions for use: take a little scrub on your fingertips, rub and gently massage the brow area, or scrub them with a cotton swab. Remove excess exfoliation with a cotton pad soaked in water.
