Ultramarine Eyebrow Bleaching Powder ELAN

Eyebrow lightening powder contains a special conditioning complex, which provides a high level of protection and care for eyebrow hairs.  It also gives the lightening mixture additional elasticity, making application more comfortable. Ultramarine pigments also help prevent unwanted yellow tones.

Directions:

- To lighten eyebrow hairs by 1-2 shades, mix the powder with 3% ÉLAN oxidizing emulsion in a 1:3 ratio.

- Apply the lightening mixture to the eyebrows with a brush.

- Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture on for 1-3 minutes.

To lighten eyebrow hairs by 3-5 shades, mix the mixture in a 1:2 ratio and increase the contact time to 5-15 minutes.

- Once the desired result is achieved, rinse the lightening mixture off with a cotton pad dampened with water.
